I can't stand the sound of power tools any longer. The builders are gone, but now my dad is at it, drilling holes in things and sawing up pieces of wood...

And if it's not him, it's the tree men with their chainsaws and chippers. I actually have a dull headache from it all.

On the bright side, I'm listening to Michael Giacchino soundtracks. He certainly knows how to use the brass section. He is so awesome, I wanna compose for movies when I'm older. That would be the best job ever; difficult, but fantastic.

I still haven't been to a party. :(

I unpacked my Wii finally the other day. Oh how I've missed it. Time for Wii Fit and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. I love that game so much, it's so awesome. Where else could you see Pikachu fuck up Zelda? Amazing.

You know what's bad about this summer? The weather. It's hardly summer, there's too much wind. Not fun. Oh yeah, and no-one's doing anything at all, ever. I have no plans today or tomorrow. So lame. So so SO lame.

Anyone got any ideas regarding what I can write about? I'm running out of things, and I really don't want to resort to writing about my day. Oh, also I have just seen the most appalling advert ever. Such terrible acting.

Sitting in the garden with 3 good friends whilst munching BBQ food and catching some rays is MUCH better and probably more worthwhile than partying with some randomers who get so ridiculously drunk that they end up throwing up on you and then passing out in your lap.

Yesterday, when I got on the bus, the man just gave me a child fare. I didn't ask him to. I just said 'Return to Bluewater, please', and he said 'Okay, half return to Bluewater... £2.85 please!'

Pokémon update? Why not!

So basically, I've defeated Giovanni in the secret hideout underneath the Game Corner, and got the scope thing that lets you see pokémon in the tower in Lavender Town. He didn't even put up a good fight. My Venusaur raped them completely. Speaking of rape, I came across a Lvl. 31 Dugtrio in the Digglett Tunnel and it got nasty. Nearly ended up dying, because my party weren't particularly strong.

My pokédex is looking pretty poor too. I think I have 23. But I haven't caught pokémon that you get at higher levels later on in the game like Zubat, Geodude, Rattata... Mainly because I can't be bothered to level them up enough from low levels, cuz let's face it, Zubat are shit.

Summer, Man

It's summer finally.

I'm not going away. I hope to go out most days with my friends, cuz to be honest my summer last year was quite pants, simply because I was too lazy to go out anywhere.

My pokémon are coming along quite nicely. I can't remember off the top of my head what my party is exactly, but I DO know that I completely destroyed that Surge guy, cuz he's just lame, and my Pikachu is AWESUMMMMMM.

This glorious pokémon. Look at it. Look how beautiful it is. It's a shame how lame it is, isn't it?

The wild ones only know harden, so they're a bitch to fight. And even when you level one up from a Caterpie so it has Tackle, it's attack stat is SO low that it takes so long for you to defeat the opposing pokémon, ESPECIALLY if the opposing pokémon is a Metapod.

NOT ONLY THAT, but Nintendo also had the cheek to make Metapod take FOREVER to level up. I mean it only takes 3 levels for it to become a Butterfree (which is kind of worth the wait), but it seems like 30 levels.

LOL you can see what my day's been spent doing. Downloading Pokémon Fire Red for my Mac and playing it. So far I have:

Bulbasaur: Lvl. 8

Pidgy: Lvl. 8

Pikachu: Lvl. 8

Metapod: Lvl. 7

I need to catch a Weedle. Screw the Rattata, I'll get a higher level one later on. They're shit anyways.

All I can hear recently is BANG BANG KNOCK KNOCK HIT HIT SMASH SMASH. And it's going on underneath my room, so it's VERY loud.

I realised that people hate it when you face them with indecision, but my mum got decidedly wound up for a decidedly silly reason today. We need a new toilet seat, so she asked me 'What kind of toilet seat do you want?' I said I didn't care. After all, it's a toilet seat. The answer was greeted with frustration. In other words, I didn't give her an answer in black or white, and she hates grey.

How fantastic is that?

I have very much become a subject of... bullying, let's say, in my family, especially in the eyes of my mother. She's picking up on every little thing I'm doing, making it seem 10 times worse than it actually is and consequently getting me 10 times more wound up than before and making me feel 10 times worse than before. Apparently I have some huge attitude problem, but don't all teenagers?

Humph, if ALL teenagers have this 'problem', it clearly isn't a 'problem'. It's what's known as the norm.

Today, yesterday, Monday, Sunday, Saturday, and very possibly Friday were very very HOT. Like I-haven't-stopped-sweating-since-what-feels-like-a-month-ago hot. I'm not complaining, I love the weather when it's like this. The only downside is I sweat a lot.
